It Is Official
As of 2 hours ago, my house is officially on the market. Let the mega offers start rolling in. Oh and also let the mega stress start compounding. I have to have my house "looking like a model" for the pictures and virtual tour by Monday at 10 am. I wanted to laugh in the poor realtor's face when he mentioned that. Yeah right. Ha. Model. MY house. Hahahaha.

I vividly remember the weekend before our house went on the market last summer...it was non-stop activity. I hope you survived! It was actually nice to sit back and relax in a put-together house once the work was done though, so that is the bright spot.
