We are just outside of Dallas right now. Yay for free internet in the motel rooms. After we left Disney, we drove back to Jim's mother and spent the night there. We got to have a big breakfast yesterday morning at Cracker Barrel with his mother, 2 sisters, and cousin. And again another big goodbye.
We stopped by Vicksburg, MS to see the civil war memorial where the big Vicksburg battle was held. It was very interesting and I took a picture of the memorial from Michigan that listed the 17th infantry where my Great Great Uncle was a lieutenant. Very interesting.
Then we drove and drove and ummmm drove some more to finally come to rest at 10 pm here in Weatherford, Tx.
Today we are going to try to go to Carlsbad Caverans in New Mexico. It is about 450 miles from here. Then it is a straight home. Well that is home for another 6 weeks or so.
