After being on hold for 21 minutes 56 seconds with the insurance company and being told that they can not help you because they are "updating" their system and to call back in an hour! That sucks!
We just changed insurance companies through Jim's work for the 3rd time in 3 years. And we get the new insurance cards and everybody's primary care doctor is Jim's. Including Jack's and Laura's. I guess they think that the kids don't need pediatricians. So I need to change everybody's doctor and of course you can't do it online or it isn't working right at the moment. I HATE insurance companies.
